By accessing or using the Omazy AI platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated outputs before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omazy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omazy AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
